Sweepstakes judging agencies are companies that run or “officiate” the sweepstakes, promotion or contest for sponsors. Responsibilities of the judging agency often include: establishing rules, interpreting laws, prize fullfillment and advertising.
Sometimes a sweepstaker or winner needs to contact a sweepstakes judging agency. Problems and questions do arise. Maybe a prize never arrived. There may be a question regarding unclear sweepstakes entry rules. A sweepstaker wants to send a “thank you” card to the appropriate person.
